Less copy-paste.
More high-fives.

Let your team spend less time moving information around and more time doing the work people need them for. We connect your tools, simplify repeat tasks and put AI to work where it has a clear job.

Helpful systems. Humans still in the driver’s seat.

The right tools.
For your next move.

Start with one everyday frustration. We look for a practical fix that fits your team, your existing tools and the way you want to work.

Workflows that handle the repeat stuff.

Set up clear rules for predictable tasks: route an enquiry, create a task, send a reminder or assemble a routine report. Your team can follow what happened and step in when needed.

  • Process mapping and clear triggers
  • Routine task and notification automation
  • Error alerts and manual fallback steps

Tools that actually talk to each other.

Connect the apps you already use so your team does not have to enter the same information in several places. We check what each platform allows before choosing an approach.

  • CRM, forms, calendars and other app connections
  • Agreed fields and data transfer rules
  • Duplicate checks and connection monitoring

An assistant for “where is that document?”

Give your team a simpler way to find answers in approved business information. An AI assistant can help search and summarise material while pointing people back to the sources.

  • An agreed set of knowledge sources
  • Access boundaries and source references
  • Testing for missing or uncertain answers

AI agents with a human checkpoint.

Let an agent prepare a draft, organise an incoming request or suggest the next action. We define its limits and keep consequential steps behind the right review or approval.

  • A specific task and permitted actions
  • Human review before agreed actions
  • Activity logs, testing and a stop mechanism

Less friction.
More room to grow.

The goal is a calmer working day. We agree what improvement would look like before building, then check the workflow against that goal.

More time for the useful stuff.

Taking repeat steps off your team’s plate can free up time for customers, decisions and the work that needs a person.

Fewer dropped handovers.

Consistent rules and visible task ownership help enquiries and internal requests reach the right person with the right information.

More room to grow.

Documented, repeatable processes make it easier to handle a busier inbox or bring someone new into the team without adding the same admin each time.

One enquiry. Fewer manual detours.

BEFORE / THE DAILY FRICTION

Someone copies a website enquiry into a spreadsheet, emails a colleague and sets themselves a reminder to follow up.

AFTER / A BETTER WAY THROUGH

The form creates a record, assigns a follow-up task and prepares a reply for a team member to review. If a connection fails, the team receives an alert.

  1. 01Enquiry arrives
  2. 02Record and task created
  3. 03Human reviews the next step

An illustrative workflow, not an implemented client case study. Feasibility and time saved depend on your tools, process and usage.

A clear plan.
A proper handover.

You’ll know what we’re building, why it matters, and what happens next. We keep you involved all the way.

  1. 01

    Find the friction.

We walk through a real process with your team and spot the repeat tasks, awkward handovers and exceptions.

  2. 02

    Pick a useful first win.

We agree a focused scope, success criteria, tool access, data boundaries and the points that need human review.

  3. 03

    Build and test the edges.

We test the happy path and the awkward cases together, including missing information and failed connections.

  4. 04

    Hand over the controls.

Your team gets practical training, process documentation and clear instructions for monitoring, support and manual fallback.

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Ask us a question

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We first check your apps, account plans and available integrations or APIs. Some tools have restrictions or additional costs. We explain those early and only recommend changing a tool when there is a clear reason.

How do you handle customer and business data?

Before connecting anything, we agree what data is needed, who can access it and which services will process it. We review provider settings and retention options with you and use limited access where possible. Sensitive information is excluded unless its use and handling have been specifically agreed.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

AI can produce incorrect or incomplete answers. We design around that with a narrow task, testing, source references where appropriate and clear routes to a person. Actions such as sending a customer message or changing a business record can require human approval. We also plan how to stop the workflow and handle failures.

Can we start with just one process?

Absolutely. One repetitive, well-understood task is often a useful place to begin. We can build a small pilot, let your team try it and review the result before you decide whether to expand it.

What does automation or AI implementation cost?

We quote for the agreed discovery, build, testing and handover. Your tools may also charge subscriptions, usage fees or fees for additional integrations. We identify those separately and discuss expected usage and limits before implementation. Ongoing monitoring and changes can be scoped separately.

Will our team be able to manage it afterwards?

We provide documentation and training for the agreed setup, including how to check activity and handle common issues. Ownership and access are set out in the project agreement, with business accounts under your control where possible. You can also choose ongoing support if you would like help maintaining or extending the workflow.
